The BG Energy Challenge was organized by CARE Egypt. The organizing team, has extensive knowledge of the Egyptian deserts, its terrain, and its people. In addition, the team handled all logistics, accommodation, transportation, communication, medical and safety precautions .

CARE Challenge Events are well-known for the professionalism and attention to detail that such events require. The Challenge Event is unique in that experienced CARE staff, not a third-party organization, runs them. This means that we offer you a high level of support and all the money raised goes directly to helping the poor. The team is supported by a devoted group of volunteers who are avid desert lovers, experienced in leading groups in the mountains and valleys of Egypt.
