Thirty teams
participated in this year's Energy Challenge. Teams represented
various companies from across the region mostly from the Oil and
Gas sector. Teams consisted of 4-6 members, all male, all
female, or mixed.
Each team was presented with a set
of mental and physical challenges. Teams quickly learnt to
play to each other's strengths, urging each other to perform
their best. They communicated clearly, resolved differences
and put setbacks behind them. Teams bonded in no time and
stood by each other to overcome the challenges ahead. The BG Energy
Challenge also provided an opportunity for raising the
profile of the various companies' corporate social
responsibility program.
