Why Core Values?
CARE
has established a set of guiding principles and values
for all its employees to help guide their work within
the organization and externally, with our counterparts
and with the people we serve.
These values stress the importance of providing the
best quality work we can, and help ensure that both
the means with which we do our work, as well as the
ends are successful.
Do they fit within the local context?
There is
a great conviction in the importance of these guiding
values in our day-to-day work, and we have thus established
our own local understanding of each value in the Egyptian
