Provides ongoing supervision,
leadership, support and guidance to the
Procurement Officer, Operation Assistant and
Clerk/ Driver . Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to writing job
descriptions, interviewing and selecting
staff, orientating new staff, training,
developing individual operating plans (with
staff), coaching, mentoring, implementing
all elements of CARE Egypt Performance
Management system and ensuring that all
direct reports do as well.
Qualifications:
1- University degree
2- Average 5 years experience
in an administrative position
3- At least two years
Supervisory experience
4- Experience with USAID/EC,
or other donor procurement and
administration policies and procedures
5- Excellent command of
English and Arabic
6- Proficiency in Computer
(Word, Excel and Access)
7- Basic Accounting and
budgeting knowledge
Management Assistant
Responsibilities:-
Agricultural natural recourses management
( ANRM ) program’s management
systems for information, budget and
administration.
The primary responsibility
of the Management Assistant is to Draft &
Review reports and translate program
documents from Arabic to English and English
to Arabic, as well to develop and manage the
filing system and orientation packets.
S/he will work with program
staff in different governorate to verify
and compile information sent from the field
offices. S/he also provides general
secretarial support for key program staff.
Qualifications:-
1- University Degree
2- Three to five (3-5)
years experience
3- Excellent command of
English (spoken and written), and
translation ability (from Arabic to English
and English to Arabic)
4- Strong organizational
skills
5- Strong communication
and interpersonal skills
6- Computer skills (Spread
sheets, Word Processing, Database,
Presentations, Graphics, and the internet) |
