JobTitle: Documentation and Management Assistant

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to support the work of the Program Manager and Education Projects Manager in program development and program quality.   

 The Management and Documentation Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and management support to the Education Program staff in translation, editing and filing as well as being responsible for all communication and logistical activities needed in the design and implementation of workshops, surveys, and assessments.   

 S/He has the primary responsibility to document the program activities and report/communicate them to the staff and counterparts, including collection and analysis of data to track program initiatives’ progress and key impact indicators to fulfill stakeholders, CARE and donor requirements in M&E and Reporting. 

  Major Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business administration. 3-5 years experience in a position. Excellent command of English Language and translation ability (from Arabic to English and vice versa)
